How do you say jobs in Spanish?

Most jobs agree with the person: el profesor and la profesora, el médico and la médica, el camarero and la camarera; some stay the same, like el or la estudiante. To say what someone does, use ser without an article: soy enfermera, I am a nurse. The 123 school and work words on the CEFR-levelled Lock&Learn Spanish lists are in the table.

Which CEFR levels are these words from?

47 from A1, 75 from A2, 1 from B1. The level chip on each row says where the word sits, so you can stop at your level or read ahead. Beginner-level words carry a real example sentence; the rest show word and meaning, with their sentences in the app.

How do I learn school and work words on my iPhone Lock Screen?

Install Lock&Learn Spanish, then touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, tap the widget area and choose Lock&Learn Spanish. Enable the level packs these words come from (Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate). A word waits on the widget, readable from day one; one tap reveals the meaning and a real sentence.

Is Lock&Learn Spanish free?

Yes. The app is free on iOS: Beginner is free in full, and every other pack opens with a free preview. Lock&Learn+ is an optional upgrade that opens every pack at once, offered as a yearly plan (with a 3-day free trial) or a monthly plan.
