Verbs,
level by level

The verbs of beginner and elementary Spanish, in the infinitive, each with its English meaning: ser and estar, tener, ir, hacer, poder and the everyday verbs that carry most sentences. Spanish infinitives end in -ar, -er or -ir, and the ending decides how the verb conjugates.

In Lock&Learn Spanish these words sit in their level packs (Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and more), one per glance on the widget: a word waits on the widget, readable from day one; one tap reveals the meaning and a real sentence. Beginner is free in full; every other pack opens with a free preview.

Type to filter by word or meaning. Flashcards hides the meaning until you tap a row; Shuffle deals the list in a new order.
