Is this a full TOPIK II Advanced practice test?

No. It tests the vocabulary section only: 20 words from the TOPIK II Advanced list, each with three meanings to choose from. Listening, reading and grammar are not covered, so use it to check the list, not to predict a score.

How are the questions built?

Each question takes one word from the list and borrows two meanings from other words on the same list, so every wrong option is a real TOPIK II Advanced meaning. It is the word round Lock&Learn Korean plays on your Lock Screen, without the clock.
